We are looking for a Technical Service Advisor to join our busy Stockton branch on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* The team supports the busy workshop with managing, booking and maintaining job cards and ensuring they’re all accurately and efficiently processed within a timely manner. Engaging and communicating with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders at all levels.
* Support the parts department with ordering parts and sub-contact work when required.
* Costing the work and raising invoices from job cards/repair orders; managing cash and cheques for work completed and parts used charged back to appropriate accounts.
* Report time, hours sold, statistics and budgetary information as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Flexible, proactive and able to work in a faced-paced environment.
* Some technical knowledge or administrative experience in a customer service environment.
