Robert Hurst is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established and growing building services contractor operating across Greater London. This is a mobile role, predominantly covering sites within the Inner M25. Engineers typically attend 1-2 sites per day, with 3-5 callouts depending on workload. The Role You will be responsible for: Service, maintenance and inspection of AC, refrigeration & HVAC systems Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Reactive fault finding and repairs Working on AHUs, chillers, split systems & fan coil units Small works, installations and refurbishment projects Liaising with building maintenance teams Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records Assisting with general building maintenance tasks where required Requirements Proven experience in service, installation, PPM & reactive maintenance Strong knowledge of chillers and refrigeration plant F-Gas 2079 (Safe Handling of Refrigerants) - essential Trade qualified AC / Refrigeration Engineer preferred Good building services knowledge (basic electrical, mechanical & plumbing understanding) Organised with good IT and reporting skills Professional, articulate and confident in customer-facing environments Package Salary up to £45,000 per annum Company van Uniform Mobile phone & iPad Paid travel time Overtime & call-out rota 28 days annual leave Paid birthday leave Pension scheme Employee Assistance Programme
