Reinsurance Client Service Advocate
Key Responsibilities:
* Multi-disciplined technical processing, including:
* Premiums
* Pro rata and excess of loss claims
* Broker support:
* Debroking and risk sign-down
* Prepare and maintain account statistics
* Provide client account servicing to ensure retention of business
* Claims Handling:
* Handle complex claims covering all classes of business, including XOL reinsurance and binders
* Negotiate claims from initial notice to settlement and closure
* Build relationships:
* Collaborate closely with clients, carriers, and team colleagues to ensure satisfaction
* Participate in client and reinsurer meetings
About You:
1. Proven experience in a reinsurance client services position is essential
2. Strong technical knowledge of Lloyd’s and/or Company Reinsurance Market
3. Ability to build relationships with clients, insurers, and associates
4. Proficient in problem-solving complex and non-standard presentations
5. Knowledge of IMR, CLASS, ECF, LORS, with experience in Salesforce/Open TWINS being advantageous
6. Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
7. Highly organized and able to prioritize deadlines without compromising quality
