Your Day-to-Day
* Answering guest enquiries and handling phone calls professionally
* Welcoming and checking in guests with warmth and efficiency
* Supervising the daily running of the hotel
* Leading and supporting the team on shift
* Working within the restaurant during busy periods
* Ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint
* Troubleshooting and keeping service flowing smoothly
* Maintaining high operational and presentation standards
