Overview
We are seeking a number of dedicated and experienced Managers to oversee operations within our hospitality establishment within the West Yorkshire Region. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing the team. The Manager will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff, while also driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations of the establishment, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Manage operations, including food production and presentation, while upholding food safety standards. (where relevant)
* Oversee service, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and prompt resolution of any issues.
* Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills in hospitality and bartending.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
* Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency within the restaurant or hotel setting.
* Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of Cask Ales
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
