We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team in Nottinghamshire. You’ll be working with children and young people who may have emotional or behavioural challenges, supporting them to live safely, confidently, and independently.

✅ Provide day-to-day support, care, and guidance

✅ Build trusting, meaningful relationships with young people

✅ Promote independence, emotional well-being, and positive routines

✅ Support with education, daily tasks, and community activities

✅ Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding protocols

✅ Work closely with families, team members, and professionals
