Product Designer
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at HBSUK, reporting to the Director of Products and Service. The role involves market and product research, UX/UI design for new features, and working with a cross-functional team including a product manager, data analyst, content creator, and engineers. You will play a key role from discovery to implementation, helping define and prioritize valuable features and assessing usability for improvements.
Requirements: Experience working directly with clients
Experience conducting customer insights and research
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Creativity and a proactive attitude
Degree in research or design
Experience in healthcare industry and branding (preferred)
Basic HTML knowledge
Responsibilities: Conduct user, market, and competitor research to inform design decisions
Collaborate with development, sales, and marketing teams for optimal user experiences
Create and iterate on mockups for new features
Identify opportunities for product enhancements through research and analytics
Manage product branding and trademarks
Lead UX projects from discovery to delivery, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables
