Job Title: Senior Aftersales Advisor
Location: Bolton (On-Site)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 1:30pm
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Aftersales Advisor to join our team in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in aftersales or service advising, looking to further develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting the service department, and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of aftersales operations in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for aftersales customers, handling enquiries and bookings in a professional and timely manner.
Manage service, repair, and maintenance appointments, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to ensure accurate job progress updates.
Provide clear and accurate estimates, invoicing, and documentation.
Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve complaints effectively, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proactively promote additional products and services to customers where appropriate.
Support junior advisors and assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the aftersales department.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving any concerns efficiently.
About You
Essential:
Previous experience in an Aftersales Advisor / Service Advisor role (or similar).
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships.
Desirable:
IT system experience using Kerridge, 1link, or RTC (training will be provided).
Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
