What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the full sales cycle – from opportunity to close – for BMS project work.

Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with the operations and project delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers.

Solve customer challenges with tailored technical solutions and a consultative approach.

Be the face of the business across the Midlands – representing quality, innovation, and reliability.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in BMS project sales.

Excellent relationship builder with a commercial mindset.

Familiar with systems like Trend, Siemens, Tridium, or Schneider Electric.

Confident managing client expectations, handling technical discussions, and closing deals.
