I am currently representing St Bernard’s Hospital, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Painter & Decorator this role will be: Southall, UB1 3EU
The right candidate will:
* To repair and maintain the Hospital’s infrastructure and building fabric, fixtures and fittings in good condition, undertaking this work in a high security environment.
* To carry out reactive maintenance, routine planned maintenance and new work activities to building fabrics, fixtures and fittings, and related building works.
* Plan work, prepare schedules of materials and parts, using O & M manuals where appropriate, to effect repairs and / or maintenance.
* Use test instruments and trade skills to diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
We require the following:
* Plus City & Guilds part II or minimum NVQ Level 2 or other recognised course at the appropriate level
* Experience of working in commercial or public organisational estate service
