Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
As our Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining our reputation for excellence:
* RAC Inspections: Conducting detailed inspections to the highest national standards.
* Diagnostic Excellence: Resolving complex electrical and mechanical faults on modern systems.
* Component Repair: Precision repair and replacement of major mechanical components.
* UDPI Checks: Completing comprehensive inspections with total accuracy.
* Standards: Maintaining a clean, organised bay and a "right first time" approach.
The Ideal Technician
* Qualified: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is essential.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years as a fully qualified technician in a professional environment.
* Technical Skill: Strong modern diagnostic skills (high‑end 4x4 or prestige experience preferred).
* Mindset: Someone who takes genuine pride in their trade and workshop housekeeping.
* License: A full UK Driving Licence is required.
