Job Title: Design and Technology Teacher
Location: Middlesbrough
Start Date: November 2025
Contract: Flexible (Short-term and long-term fixtures available)
Salary: £130-£251 a day (paid to scale from day 1)
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality Design and Technology lessons to students across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
* Create a positive, motivating classroom environment that encourages progress and passion for learning.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or surrounding relevant teaching qualifications.
* Previous experience teaching Design and Technology.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to build rapport with students and teachers.
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, classroom management and student behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
