Salary: C. £37,900.00
Hours of work: Full-time, Monday to Friday

In partnership with a well-respected, person centred charitable provider I am seeking a Day Service Manager to lead inclusive, person-centred day services for individuals with visual impairments and/or complex needs. This role focuses on promoting independence, well-being, and meaningful engagement through tailored activities and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of the day service
* Design and deliver activity programmes that reflect individual goals
* Lead and support staff and volunteers
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and care standards
* Build strong relationships with families, carers, and partner organisations
* Oversee budgets and contribute to service development
About You
* Qualified in health and social care, leadership, or service management
* Experienced in supporting people with complex needs
* Skilled in team leadership and person-centred planning
* Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
