Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant comfortable working one-to-one with pupils who have Special Educational Needs. This is a temporary, long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful applicant will demonstrate empathy, flexibility, and the ability to respond thoughtfully to individual pupil needs.
Key Responsibilities
4. Motivate and inspire pupils while supporting teaching staff effectively
5. Assist with classroom preparation and daily management
6. Listen attentively to pupils to understand and assess their individual needs
7. Employ differentiated teaching approaches to support diverse learning styles
8. Bring relevant experience from a similar role, which is essential
