Job Description: Gregory Distribution Ltd is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator at our Bristol site. This key role supports the daily operations of the warehouse by providing essential administrative assistance and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process all inbound and outbound driver paperwork and maintain timely updates in warehouse and customer systems.
Ensure all documentation is filed and produced correctly for outbound deliveries.
Assign trailer bays, run orders for the warehouse team, and support daily operational tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.
Work closely with Warehouse Operations, Transport, and Customer Services teams to ensure all logistical and service requirements are clearly understood and met.
Liaise directly with delivery depots and business partners to coordinate deliveries, ensuring they are completed professionally, on time, and in full.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate inventory and operational efficiency.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Maintain proactive, open, and effective communication on all customer service matters.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
Assist in preparing and reporting KPIs and daily operational statistics to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
Carry out additional administrative tasks as required in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.
Requirements:
Experience of using SAP is advantageous but training will be provided.
Experience of working in a similar role is vital and you should have a good working knowledge of warehousing operations.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
Attention to detail.
Working to deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Solution-driven and flexible approach to work.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
