Opportunity
EY seeks a dynamic leader to drive strategy design and execution within one of six Global Industries. In this role, you will work with the Global Clients & Industries team, collaborate closely with Regions, and lead the Industry Strategy & Execution Initiative to drive growth, connectivity, and strategic alignment.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Connect and collaborate: Be the glue connecting industry functions, solving challenges, and creating actionable growth strategies that drive market opportunities.
* Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: Oversee high‑value opportunities, manage capital allocation, and prioritize investments in alignment with industry strategy.
* Lead and execute: Shape industry vision with senior leaders, monitor macro‑trends, and execute planning cycles to support growth and solution deployment.
* Inform firm‑wide investments: Align client needs with firm priorities, track ROI, and craft strategies to address shortfalls and fuel growth.
* Orchestrate governance: Co‑lead the Industry Board, ensure disciplined board management, and represent the industry on advisory boards.

What We Look For
* Bachelor’s or university degree (or equivalent qualification).
* 10+ years of current experience with EY or a global professional services firm, with a track record of success.
* Experience in the private equity market is preferred.
* Flexibility to work extended hours across different time zones.
