About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Test Manager to lead testing activities across our Technology Department. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, precision‑focused environment, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of testing.
Responsibilities
* Champion and uphold testing frameworks, standards, and processes across all delivery teams.
* Collaborate with project teams to elevate testing competency and ensure consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
* Lead test execution alongside delivery teams, taking full accountability for successful completion to expected quality benchmarks.
* Oversee external testing vendors – selecting top talent and ensuring alignment with best‑practice standards.
* Own the testing budget: review allocations, manage supplier costs, and ensure financial efficiency across projects.
Qualifications
* Strong quality assurance and testing background.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, ability to work with numerous teams across different interests, priorities, and locations.
* Proven experience implementing project test quality assurance frameworks.
* Proven experience designing test processes and templates.
* Experience with Jira, DevOps toolset or similar tools; knowledge of different project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
* Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a creative problem‑solving mindset.
