St Ives, Cambridgeshire (office-based, 5 days a week)
Full-time (Mon–Fri, 37.5 hrs)

Join our fast-paced Contact Centre as a hands-on Team Leader. You’ll lead, coach and inspire a team of advisors, driving performance while creating a supportive, high-performing culture.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
2. Deliver KPIs across service, quality, sales and productivity
3. Use data and insight to improve performance and customer outcomes
4. Champion quality and continuous improvement
5. Own training and development to build team capability
What you’ll bring:
6. Proven Team Leader experience (essential), ideally in a Contact Centre
7. Strong track record of delivering against KPIs
8. Excellent coaching, communication and decision-making skills
9. A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset
