Position:
An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a well-established and growing team. This role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload of private family law matters while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will handle a broad range of matters including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, child arrangements, and domestic abuse cases. The role will involve providing tailored legal advice to clients, representing them in court where necessary, and guiding them through often sensitive and complex situations.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout each case. The role will also involve conducting negotiations to reach favourable settlements, as well as contributing to business development activities such as networking and marketing initiatives.
In addition, you will be expected to stay up to date with developments in family law, attending relevant training and continuing professional development as required.
