About the Support Worker role:
Hourly Rate; £13.50 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
Location: Crewe
Shifts Available: 0800- 2000 Days, 2000 - 0800 Waking nights
Speciality: Autism and Learning Disabilities
Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Crewe. We are we are looking for outgoing staff who want to make a difference to the people we support. This role is Supporting a Female in her own home who has autism non-communicative but can make her needs known he can display behaviours that challenge and signs of anxiety and distress and requires staff to support her with this. She is unaware of some risks and requires support to meet this need. She has a good sense of humour and very much enjoys water play, watching TV and walking. The young female will need support with maintaining her own home, promoting independence and supporting with aspects of her daily living.
