What you will do:
* Conduct timely and thorough child and family assessments within a 20-day timeframe to ensure swift, effective interventions.
* Manage a varied caseload with a child-centred approach, ensuring interventions meet the needs of all involved.
* Engage in collaborative work with multi-agency partners such as health professionals, educators, and legal teams to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
* Provide expert advice, support, and guidance to colleagues and developing junior staff.
* Attend and actively contribute to case conferences, court proceedings, and child protection reviews, ensuring all are informed and beneficial.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with legislative and organisational standards to uphold transparency and accountability.
* Participate in monthly team supervision, which offers structured support and professional development opportunities.
