Hours: Monday to Friday - office based (school hours, 5 days per week)

This role is suitable for someone who is tech-savvy and interested in technology, telecoms, or IT. You should be willing to learn, possess strong customer service skills, and have exceptional attention to detail, common sense, sales administration, and time management skills. You will be IT computer-literate with a good telephone manner and willing to undergo training.
You will handle daily enquiries and some basic account management, supporting a busy small team. Your responsibilities include dealing with and allocating enquiries.

Responsibilities include:
* Handling customer queries via email and phone
* Responding to or coordinating responses to customers
* Raising tickets for technical support queries
* Providing updates, follow-ups, and responses to customers
* Producing quotes and assisting with solution proposals alongside the sales team
* Processing customer orders through the management system
* Collaborating with technical and operational departments to manage orders and projects
* Maintaining and updating customer records, pricing, and sales collateral
* Participating in sales and marketing meetings
* Developing monthly sales reports and tracking performance
* Sharing customer feedback internally
* Enhancing product and service knowledge to better handle queries and quotes
* Liaising with suppliers and monitoring product developments
