Tech Client Support Specialist (German)
EIMS Global Ltd is a fast‑growing B2B tech sales & marketing agency; we partner with tech giants such as Adobe, SAP, HP, and Dell. We are looking for a German‑speaking individual to join our winning team during this exciting time of global expansion.
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in our modern Bournemouth HQ (Granville Chambers, 21 Richmond Hill, BH2 6BJ) & 2 days remote.
Compensation: OTE: £28,000–£32,000 in Year 1 (Base + Quarterly Bonuses).
What You’ll Be Doing
* Respond to inbound B2B queries from German‑speaking customers in the DACH region.
* Learn to understand and explain IT software solutions.
* Build rapport with decision‑makers and identify opportunities to upsell or expand support.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and provide top‑tier service.
* Engage in continuous learning to build your tech knowledge and grow fast in your role.
