Painter
Location: West Lothian & Edinburgh
Contract: 12-week temp to perm
Salary: Competitive, DOE
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Painter to join a busy and established company, working in and around West Lothian and Edinburgh. This is a 12-week temporary to permanent role, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
You will be working across a mix of void and occupied domestic properties, completing high-quality painting work to a professional standard.
The Role
Duties will include:
1. Full internal repaints of void properties
2. Touch-up and snagging work in occupied homes
3. Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding, and priming
4. Ensuring all works are completed efficiently and to a high standard
5. Working cleanly and considerately in occupied properties
6. Completing assigned works within agreed timescales
Requirements
7. Proven experience as a Painter/Decorator
8. Experience working in domestic properties
9. Ability to carry out full repaints and touch-up work
10. Full UK driving licence (essential)
11. Good attention to detail and quality finish
12. Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
