Overview
Care Assistant role located in Poole. Salary £12.21 - £16.50 per hour. Hours: Various (part time and full time).
Responsibilities
* Meet the support requirements of customers in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence.
* Travel to the customer’s home and assist with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.
* Provide the type of support that is similar to what would reasonably be given by a member of the customer’s family, such as help with bathing and dressing or domestic tasks.
* Your role includes helping customers with tasks such as washing and dressing, shopping and meal preparation, prompting with medication, support with daily routines, respite services, socialising and leisure activities, and helping customers access the community.
