This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a small but dynamic team responsible for formalernance, assurance andpliance activities.
Working at the heart of a busyernance function, you will play a key role in supporting senior leaders andmittee structures, ensuring effective decision‑making and accurate recording of discussions and oues. This position requires an experienced, highly professional individual with exceptional minute‑taking and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high‑quality secretariat support to a range ofmittees andernance groups
2. Prepare agendas,mission papers, and coordinate meeting documentation
3. Produce outstanding, accurate and detailed minutes to tight deadlines
4. Maintainernance records, actions and reporting requirements
5. Work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth andplianternance processes
6. Support widerernance, assurance andpliance activity across the organisation
7. Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute professionalism and discretion
8. Work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
9. Previousernance,mittee support or executive‑level administration experience
10. Proven outstanding minute‑taking ability at a senior or strategicmittee level
11. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
12. Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
13. High levels of professionalism, judgement and confidentiality
14. The ability to prioritise, multitask and managepeting deadlines
15. Experience working in a structured, fast‑paced environment
