We are seeking a key member for the EMEA E-commerce planning & analytics team. This role ensures the delivery of insights, reporting, and advanced analytics to drive business decisions and support the optimization of the digital customer journey, customer services, and performance marketing. The successful candidate will solve complex business problems through data analytics and story-tell actionable insights to stakeholders to promote data-driven decision making. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, RLE associates, and other analysts is essential. The role also involves becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one of the Digital Commerce Teams, such as Performance Marketing, and proactively delivering innovative analytics in that space.
Responsibilities include:
1. Developing a reporting suite that demonstrates ROI and profitability across campaigns, collections, customer journeys, digital products, and merchandise using tools like Adobe, Dataiku, Microstrategy, covering all stages of the consumer journey, transactions, and customer interactions.
2. Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards with web analytics data and data visualization tools, aiming to automate reporting processes and monitor key KPIs against targets.
3. Solving complex business challenges through data analytics and translating data into actionable insights to support decision-making.
4. Participating in experimentation processes and UX improvements through A/B and MVT tests.
5. Monitoring competitors’ activities and providing updates on market trends and best practices.
6. Promoting tool awareness and capabilities within the E-commerce team, including Adobe, Microstrategy, and Dataiku.
7. Liaising with external agencies supporting digital analytics.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
* Proficiency in Adobe Analytics
* SQL
* Knowledge of Dataiku (preferred)
* Experience with Microstrategy (preferred)
* Experience with Tableau (preferred)
* Understanding of the ecommerce analytics landscape
