Overview:
Lead the IOI Off Trade team to drive profitable top line growth across Wholesale, Grocery and Convenience customers. With full P&L accountability, you will optimise channel performance through innovative sales strategies, identifying commercial opportunities, and coaching the team to achieve set personal development and business growth objectives.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the IOI Off Trade sales team to deliver agreed commercial objectives.
* Full P&L accountability for both
* Provide coaching to direct report to help achieve their personal growth ambitions
* Develop and deliver channel and customer plans to execute our Off Trade strategy and objectives.
* Lead RTM strategies for C&C's portfolio brands, create a strategic roadmap, and manage annual plans and budgets to achieve commercial objectives.
* Build strong collaboration with channel strategy and planning and RGM teams to collectively optimise channel performance.
* Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities through a deep understanding of the customer value chain.
* Build and manage stretching, achievable budgets.
* Work in collaboration with the Revenue Growth management team to maximise profitable top-line growth
* Proficient with data – turning data into insight.
* Effectively manage overheads to deliver against short- and long-term brand and commercial objectives.
About you:
* Extensive experience in managing beer and cider or similar FMCG products in the ROI Off Trade sector.
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver against agreed budgets
* Exceptional skills in maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong skills in developing and delivering effective channel and customer plans.
* Ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
* Proficient in analysing sales data to identify trends and recommend actions.
* Exceptional skills in maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
* Competent in building and managing budgets with full P&L accountability.
* Proven track record of identifying and capitalising on commercial opportunities.
