Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:
6. Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
7. Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
8. Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
9. Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:
10. Degree within Architectural Technology
11. Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
12. Proficiency with Revit
13. Experience working on projects across a range of sectors or sector specialist experience
14. Working knowledge of UK building regulations
15. Strong technical and design skills
16. Strong attention to detail
17. Excellent communication and organisational skills
18. Live within a commutable distance to the Bury area
