Business: Retail Banking Function/ Department: Credit Cards - Retail Assets Place of work: Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities Manage a Team of Sales Managers / RMs / SOs & Sales Backend across mapped geographies in the assigned zone to drive sales, cost, product mix targets to build a critical mass of credit card customers. Implementation of the distribution plan across geographies, creating & leading a team of Managers & sales resources across Regional / State / City levels spread across geographies, and managing multiple channels of acquisition to reach an optimal distribution footprint. Establishing the distribution & channel Infrastructure - Identification and enrolment of channel partners across the Retail, Online & Fintech based customer acquisition platforms, Identification & enrolment of 3rd party payroll & infra service providers for creating a robust S&D Infrastructure. Own & drive basic quality parameters to drive approval rates / FTR / TAT / processes. Drive the Regulatory & Legal Compliance framework implementation and create a culture of fairness and correctness across all customer touch points, and across business team members. Secondary Responsibilities Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders (Product / Credit / Policy / IT / Ops) to develop implementation plans through all customer acquisition channels. Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers. Recommend process changes in order to improve sales efficiency and quality across customer acquisition points / channels. Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities Mentor and coach sales team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity in region / city. Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality, attrition rates and make necessary improvements. Key Success Metrics Sales Force Productivity, Channel Productivity, Cost Management, Service Complaints, Attrition numbers Effectiveness of communication with team members, channel partners & internal businesses
