We’re looking for a high-calibre Executive Director to join a leading Infrastructure & Energy Finance team in London. This is a front-office, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions across a diverse portfolio of sectors.

The Opportunity

From origination through to execution, you’ll drive deals end-to-end while building long-term relationships with key sponsors and stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Origination & Execution: Lead infrastructure and energy finance transactions from initial pitch through to financial close
* Client Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, developers, and institutional clients
* Deal Structuring: Shape and negotiate complex financing structures and documentation
* Credit Ownership: Oversee credit processes, including preparing and presenting to Credit Committee
* Strategic Growth: Contribute to business development and expand the team’s market presence
* Collaboration: Work closely with syndication, distribution, global markets, and coverage teams
* Advisory: Play a key role in client negotiations and advisory mandates
* Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience leading and arranging project finance transactions
* Strong track record in deal execution and client relationship management
* Deep understanding of infrastructure & energy markets
* Solid credit analysis, financial modelling, and cashflow structuring skills
* Experience negotiating complex financing documentation
* Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing talent
