Field Sales Executive – Entry Level (No Experience Required)

Looking to start a career in sales, FMCG or field marketing? This is a hands‑on, entry‑level Field Sales role working with two major household brands – Haribo and Molson Coors – through Powerforce, a multi‑award‑winning field marketing company. You don’t need previous sales experience. Full training, coaching and support are provided – we’re looking for attitude, potential and drive.
Important Driving Requirements
This role includes a company manual van. You must hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months. Automatic‑only licences cannot be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Relationship Building – be the main point of contact for store owners and staff
* Sales & Visibility – promote products, build displays and increase brand presence
* Retail Execution – support availability, stock levels and in‑store engagement
* Team Collaboration – share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team
This is a practical, people‑focused role where you learn by doing.
