Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Sheffield

\nA well-established Sheffield law firm is looking to appoint a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its claimant team. This role offers genuine responsibility, quality work and the chance to make a meaningful difference to clients navigating complex medical negligence claims.

\n\n

The successful Solicitor will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to resolution. The work includes drafting letters of claim and pleadings, instructing medical experts and counsel, advising on prospects and quantum and progressing matters in line with the Pre Action Protocol. The position involves regular client contact and requires clear, confident communication alongside strong technical ability.

The firm is seeking:

• A qualified Solicitor with demonstrable claimant clinical negligence experience

• Confidence managing files with appropriate supervision

\n\t

• Strong drafting, negotiation and case strategy skills

\n\t

• A proactive and organised approach to caseload management
