The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established, family-run residential care provider in the Eccles, is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader (Nights) to join their dedicated team. The home accommodates 19 residents and provides both residential and dementia care, alongside long-term, short-term convalescence, and holiday stays.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee the night shift, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a calm, safe, and supportive environment. The role involves leading a small, committed team and maintaining the home’s ethos of dignity, independence, and individuality for every resident.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the night care team
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to 19 residents, including those with dementia
• Administer medication (training provided if required)
• Maintain accurate care plans and documentation
• Ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night
• Act as the senior point of contact during the night shift
Candidate Requirements
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a senior or team leader role
• Confident leading a team and working independently
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for caring for older people
