Overview
As a Bespoke Landscaping Team Leader, you will supervise a small team working on various bespoke, high-quality soft and hard landscaping projects within our construction area. Projects may include a new build, front lawn, rear garden, or public open space. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, learn more, and provide high quality work for numerous exciting contracts.
Responsibilities
* Supervise a small team on bespoke soft and hard landscaping projects.
* Oversee work across diverse project types including new builds, front lawns, rear gardens, and public spaces.
Requirements
* Prior experience in soft & hard landscaping including planting, turfing, mulching, tree planting & seeding.
* Hard Landscaping experience would be an advantage.
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* A full valid UK driving licence.
* A valid CSCS card is an advantage but not essential – must be willing to obtain one to secure this position.
* A strong health and safety mindset.
