TCD Senior Project Manager – Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust

Responsibilities
* Convene and manage project teams and provide project management support to operational and business leads to enable delivery of the Trust’s Transforming Care Digitally Programme.
* Deliver digital system and service optimisations to support service improvements in line with local strategies and government initiatives, requiring high levels of planning, negotiating, analytical and communication skills.
* Support performance improvements across the organisation as required.
* Support Project Managers and support officers as part of escalation or Programme direction setting.
* Manage delivery of Transforming Care Digitally projects working with clinical, operational, clinical system and digital teams to improve care pathways across the Trust; act as conduit to wider project teams ensuring continuity and quality.
* Ensure compliance with NHS technical standards and have accountability for staff, including line management and professional supervision of digital change delivery staff, and occasional matrix management of digital portfolio project staff.
* Identify, track and realise financial benefits.
Qualifications
High level of planning, negotiating, analytical and communication skills. Experience with NHS technical standards compliance, staff line management, and financial benefit realisation.
