About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on 2nd Line Engineer to join our on-site IT team in Central London. You\'ll be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across the business, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, and hardware troubleshooting.
Job Duties / Requirements
* Provide 2nd line support across Microsoft 365 and Intune environments
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues across laptops, desktops, and peripherals
* Set up and support office equipment, including meeting room AV and connectivity
* Manage joiners, movers, and leavers (onboarding/offboarding processes)
* Support general IT operations and escalate issues when necessary
* Maintain accurate technical documentation and user records
About You
* Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune
* Experience with Windows 10/11 and device troubleshooting
* Confident supporting office environments and end users on-site
* Clear understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have
* Experience with IT ticketing systems
* Basic networking knowledge
