Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing independent estate agency, is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their high-performing team in Colchester. This role has come about due to expansion, and they’re specifically seeking someone with experience in the local market.

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will receive:

1. Basic salary circa £28,000 (depending on experience)
2. On-target earnings of £55,000+
3. Five-day working week
4. The opportunity to work with one of Colchester’s top-performing estate agencies
5. Full support from an experienced Director

Assistant Branch Manager requirements:

8. Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager within estate agency
9. Must currently work in the Colchester market
10. Must have experience in residential property listing
11. A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
12. Passionate about property with a drive to succeed and exceed targets
13. A friendly, professional approach with excellent communication skills
14. A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
15. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and lead by example
16. A full UK driving licence and access to own car

As an Assistant Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

17. Successfully negotiate offers, ensuring the best outcome for clients
18. Attend valuations and win new instructions
19. Arrange and attend viewings, delivering a professional and informative experience
20. Cross-sell additional services to maximise business opportunities
21. Oversee sales progression, keeping clients informed every step of the way
22. Support and assist in managing the team, leading by example, and motivating others
23. Drive the business forward, contributing to growth and performance targets
24. Consistently provide exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships
