Join our dynamic team at The Drayton Surgery in Portsmouth, where our practice blends high-quality patient care with a vibrant, supportive work environment. We are looking for enthusiastic General Practitioners to attend 4 to 8 sessions a week. Responsibilities
Provide face‑to‑face consultations, telephone clinics, and eConsult sessions. Support from nine experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners who handle most same‑day appointments. Home visits will be minimal with a dedicated home‑visiting service. Duty Doctor sessions are on rotation and always supported by a dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Deliver teaching and training to GP registrars, FY2 doctors and medical students (2nd year tutorials, 3rd and final year placements). Maintain a streamlined system to minimise administrative workload, with support from a dedicated QOF/Admin team and Prescribing Team. Qualifications and Skills
Fully qualified General Practitioner. GMC registration. Knowledge of TPP SystmOne (desirable). Contract and Working Pattern
Contract: Permanent Working pattern: Full‑time, Part‑time or Flexible working Salary and Benefits
