Location: Bupa Chilton Meadows Care Home - Union Road, Onehouse, Stowmarket IP14 1HL
Salary: £20.53 - £22.68 per hour
Contract: 3x 12 hour nights per week (36 hours contract)

Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for the overall well‑being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
* Coach and guide the team, providing both formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
* Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
* Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
* Experience managing a unit and overseeing clinical duties in a care home setting.
* Strong knowledge of clinical practice and ability to enforce policies and maintain high standards.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills, ensuring smooth handovers and coordination with health care professionals.
* Confidence in leading clinical teams, especially during night shifts where you’ll work largely independently and must display critical thinking and calmness in emergencies.
