About the Role
As an Account Manager within the Club of Sales UK, youll take on an above-property B2B role with a dual focus:
For Radisson RED Glasgow : Drive key business segments such as Corporate, Leisure Groups, and Meetings & Events .
For the Rotunda : Lead on B2B partnerships and charity events, working alongside the hotels energetic team who manage social and private events.
This role is about more than selling its about storytelling, connecting, and creating opportunities that showcase two iconic venues in the heart of Glasgow. Collaborating closely with the hotels Curator (General Manager) and the passionate RED team, youll be the bridge between brand, business, and creativity.
Youll also manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts that generate business not only into our Glasgow properties but also into Radisson Hotel Group hotels across the UK. Expect to actively develop new opportunities across Central Glasgow, the Scottish Central Belt, and beyond identifying organizations and partners aligned with our vision for growth.

What Youll Do
Drive B2B revenue growth across the Radisson RED Glasgow and the Rotunda.
Develop key account strategies to maximize revenue potential across Corporate, Leisure, and M&E segments.
Build and nurture partnerships with B2B clients, charities, TMCs, and event intermediaries .
Integrate with hotel and central teams to ensure alignment with commercial strategy.
Champion the brand across tradeshows, networking, and industry events.
