Phonics Specialist Teaching Assistant – Full-Time | Coventry Location: Coventry Contract: Full-Time | Temporary | Ongoing Start Date: January 2026 (or sooner) Salary: Competitive, based on experience APT Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Coventry to recruit a passionate and experienced Phonics Specialist Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time, ongoing role starting January 2026 or earlier, supporting early reading development across EYFS and Key Stage 1. The school is committed to ensuring every child becomes a confident, fluent reader. With a strong focus on early intervention, they are seeking a dedicated practitioner who can deliver high-quality phonics support to pupils who need it most.
