The Role The Ad Operations Manager will play a central role in the activation and delivery of digital advertising campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. This is a specialist position focused on campaign implementation, optimisation, and technical execution rather than direct client ownership. Working closely with planning and account teams, you will be involved throughout the campaign lifecycle - from initial setup and trafficking through to monitoring performance and resolving technical challenges. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities Campaign setup, trafficking, and ongoing management across multiple ad platforms including CM360 Quality assurance of ad creatives to ensure compliance with campaign specifications Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving delivery discrepancies Managing the distribution of creative assets and ad tags to media partners Ensuring correct implementation and tracking across publisher environments Driving process efficiencies through the use of activation tools and best-practice workflows Collaborating closely with account and planning teams to support campaign delivery You 2 years' experience in Ad Operations within an agency or media environment Hands-on experience with Google Campaign Manager Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a strong sense of ownership Sphere Digital Recruitment currently have a variety of job opportunities across digital so feel free to get in touch with us to find out how we can help you.
