We've teamed up with the fast growing hair care brand, Hairburst, who are now in the market to secure a Paid Social Creative Strategist to join the team.

We are now an established 10 year old brand selling both on our Shopify store and in 30,000 retailers globally. We’re seeking a direct response-oriented Paid Social Creative Strategist to supercharge our ad creative performance. You'll take the lead on ideating, scripting, and overseeing the creation of high-impact ad content that scales. As the first ad creative hire, this is your chance to create and shape the division for a hyper-growth DTC startup and directly influence revenue growth.
Conduct in-depth customer, product and competitor analysis to understand our industry and target audience and how we can resonate with them through our paid social activities.
Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute 100+ engaging ad concepts monthly that link to research carried out and strategy set by performance channels
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Performance Team to source and brief UGC Creators, produce multiple variations and ad concepts, as well as analysing historic creatives to iterate and scale performance.
Trend Research: Conduct daily ad creative & social media research to stay ahead of trends and identify winning concepts
Creative Co-Ordination: Produce in-depth briefs and source content from UGC creators and edit into useable formats to support strategy of performance channels.
Creative Analysis: Using tools such as Atria or Motion, analyse previous creative concepts to feed into future strategies across performance channels
At least 1 year of experience managing paid social creative strategy in an e-commerce setting (experience in personal care/beauty a bonus)
The ability to edit content/footage
A data-driven mindset to refine ad concepts and boost performance
Proactive, creative thinking with the ability to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless creative execution
Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in our Manchester office
