Service Care Solutions are supporting a reputable non-profit provider in and they are currently recruiting for a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker. As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction. The Ideal candidate needs to be experienced within the field but also someone who is highly driven and can identify positively within a service user and have the ability to develop potential within.
5 days per week, 37.5 hours.
Pay up to - £18.14 PAYE Per Hour - Exclusive of Holiday Pay
£20.33 PAYE Per Hour - Inclusive of Holiday Pay
£23 Umbrella rate Per Hour
Key role and responsibilities for a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker;
1. Complete assessments for Service users.
2. Supporting the individuals from Point of Entry
3. Provide Screening, Assessment and Recovery Plans
4. Deliver One to One interventions
Minimum requirements for a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker;
5. Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field
6. Awareness of health issues relating to Substance Misuse
7. Experience of Key Working and Care Planning
