Our Interim Lawyer team is experiencing its most exciting year yet with consistent, sustained growth. It is a fantastic time to join and become an expert in an expanding market.
The Role of Recruitment Consultant – is based in London with the option of home-working one day a week after completing training and probation.
We are hiring Recruitment Consultants at various levels to support our operational teams and/or grow our Interim Lawyer team.
This is a 180 role focused on candidate service, sourcing, screening, and administrative duties.
We expect you to strive for excellence, and we will support you every step of the way. You need unrivalled drive, work ethic, and interpersonal skills. We work closely with you through the recruitment process to set you up for success, with ongoing training that continues to develop your skills.
Responsibilities:
* Actively source and qualify candidates
* Maintain strong relationships in the market
* Improve recruitment efficiency
* Support outreach and administrative tasks
