The Range is expanding and we are looking for a highly self‑motivated Store Manager to lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.
What are we looking for?
* You have retail management experience, driving sales, improving store performance, and consistently meeting key performance indicators.
* You possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a coaching management style, being clear, open, and honest. You will ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest standards and take corrective action when necessary.
* You are passionate about sales, have a positive can‑do attitude, experience in change management, a record of meeting targets, and a strong profit motive with a track record of running a significant retail operation.
