A rapidly growing UK-based freight forwarding business is transforming the logistics space through data-driven solutions, creative thinking, and a strong commitment to customer care.
My client is seeking a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Executive to support brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support multi-channel lead generation campaigns aimed at SMEs and logistics partners.
* Own and manage social media calendars, with a focus on LinkedIn and emerging channels.
* Write, proof, and edit blogs, case studies, and customer stories for web and email.
* Track marketing performance metrics and produce simple reports (engagement, reach, conversions).
* Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital, print, and event materials.
* Assist with company event planning, industry award submissions, and campaign rollouts.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service) to gather insights and develop compelling narratives.
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong creative instincts
* Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot or similar CRMs, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in B2B or logistics marketing.
* Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics dashboards (GA4, Power BI, etc.), or marketing reporting.
* Experience with email automation tools and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
