Role overview
As an Operations Agent you will work in a busy warehouse environment
Schedule
Monday - Friday
12pm - 9pm
Role and responsibilities
Supporting the efficient and accurate movement of shipments within the company network
General administrative support, answering calls
Scanning invoices and creating labels
Monitoring data and completing data entry
Handling internal and external customer queries and delivering excellent customer service
Capturing location and shipment data by scanning all returned shipments

Ability to prioritise and strong attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively within a team

5-year employment history check
UK criminal record check
International criminal record check if the applicant has lived abroad for more than 6 months
