What You'll Be Doing: Guiding and inspiring apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to succeed in early years settings. Delivering engaging one-to-one coaching sessions, both remotely and face-to-face. Observing practice and providing meaningful feedback to support growth and development. TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor Qualification or willing to work towards Hold and Early Years qualification Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent or willing to work towards.
